By using the seeding method. you will ensure your chocolate tempers faster and more reliably. This bain-marie tempering machine will assure a high temperature precision and will grant you complete control over the tempering process and will let you work the chocolate while still being confident it stays tempered over your entire production period.
The adjustable chocolate spout will allow you to enjoy a complete control over the chocolate flow. By adjusting the stainless steel spout on the wheel. you can increase the flow to fill larger chocolate mold or reduce it for smaller mold.
The TF20 Tabletop Wheel Tempering Chocolate Machine is multi-configuration and you can easily remove the wheel for larger dipping work or to use the machine only as a melter. You can also divide the tempering machine tank in 2 or 3 compartments (extra pans sold separately) to work different chocolates at the same time.
