Description

Silicone mould designed to realize refined individual portions. perfect to be used in the oven or in the blast chiller for the preparation of cakes or savoury creations. They are made of FDA approved food grade silicone. they resist to temperatures going form -60°C to +230°C (-76°F to +446°F). Each cavity of the mould is provided with a special border that allows to obtain rounded individual portions. They are made in Italy.
