Made of food-safe polyethylene. these chocolate sphere molds facilitate shells' preparation to cover a semifreddo or combine (thanks to the different diameters available) to create elegant and geometric showpieces.

This kit contains six separate forms:

• The first form is 3.93 in diameter.
  
• The second form is 5.11 in diameter.
  
• The third form is 5.51 in diameter.
  
• The fourth form is 5.90 in diameter.
  
• The fifth form is 6.88 in diameter.
  
• The sixth form is 7.87 in diameter.

These molds are suitable for contact with aqueous. alcoholic. and food containing free fats on the surface in the following conditions: freezing and cooling; 10 days at 40 degrees C; with warm food up to 70 degrees C for 2 hours or up to 100 degrees C for a maximum of 15 minutes not followed by prolonged storage at room or cooling temperature.
